The specific scope of work, fees, and deliverables for professional services will be governed by a separate signed Service Agreementor Statement of Work (SOW). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the signed Service Agreement shall prevail.

3. Website Use & Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our website for informational and professional purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the website or our contact forms (powered by HubSpot) to transmit "spam," automated scripts, or unsolicited marketing material.

  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate contact information.

  • Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website or bypass any security measures.

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Communication Consent

By submitting your contact information through our website forms, you agree that we may contact you regarding your inquiry. 5. Intellectual Property

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Build the Framework LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To provide high-level operational and consulting services, our Site and Service integrate with various third-party platforms. These include, but are not limited to:

  • CRM & Marketing Automation: HubSpot (for form processing, lead tracking, and communication).

  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (for monitoring website traffic and performance).

  • Financial & Accounting: QuickBooks Online and Xero.

  • Payment Processing: Secure third-party processors for ACH and credit card transactions.

  • Productivity & Collaboration: Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 suites.

7. Fees and Payment

If you purchase services through our site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Build the Framework LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the website’s interactive features.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Build the Framework LLC is located in California, USA. All matters relating to the Service and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
